Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. However, you should note that you will no longer have access to the efficiency and ease of management for your practice, which the Platform allows. It is advisable to have a discussion with us to see what the alternatives are before cancelling.

What happens to the data after I stop paying?

When you cancel your subscription with us you will have access to your historical data for the next two months. You can make arrangements for safe storage of your historical data beyond that time or to transfer your data out of the platform.
