On-line Payment Tracking Module

The payment tracking module allows registered members access to a “shopping cart” tool, where they are able to specify what fees are to be paid, calculate totals, and upload transaction records once payments has been remitted to the Board / Council bank account. The MO can then verify and issue a bona-fide digital transaction verification receipt which members can print as needed. Because all payments made are logged in the system historical payment and payment by category reports/ filers are always a click away.
