XHUMA CM is a cloud-based, clinic management, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. It is designed to serve a broad range of professionals in the Healthcare Industry from Dentists, Optometrists, Psychologists, General Practitioners and all other healthcare professionals; XHUMA CM can transform how healthcare providers manage clinical information & processes and ultimately improve patient care services.

XHUMA CM was developed in response to the local challenges in implementing EMR technologies, as Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean lags behind the global move towards more systemic & data driven healthcare practices. While there have been moves in this direction, domestic practitioners face high prices for EMR software and a lack of customization of available software, which has primarily been tailored for the US-based Medicare insurance system.

As such XHUMA caters for the local Healthcare landscape, with customizable features and an affordable price that is on average less than 50% of the US Based systems. Despite our local adaptation, XHUMA maintains a global outlook and provides an avenue for our local/ Regional healthcare sector to keep pace with the current global best practices.

Online Billing and Payments

XHUMA includes online billing and revenue tracking modules which enables the issuing of electronic payment documentation such as invoices, quotations and receipts.
Our online payment module enables patients to pay a booking fee via credit card in order to secure an appointment. This fee could be subsequently deducted from the patient’s final bill once the service has been administered.
